**The Role: Field Professional -** As our Plumbing Sales Technician, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional plumbing services, helping our valued customers by educating and relating, and improving their current plumbing systems.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Diagnose plumbing issues with intuition and your trusty wrench * Provide top-notch plumbing repairs and installations while maintaining friendly rapport with customers * Educate customers about their plumbing systems and preventative maintenance * Keep accurate records of sales and service activities

**Requirements:** * A currently licensed Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber in the state of Arkansas * A passion for the highest level of customer service and a commitment to satisfaction * Excellent communication skills and a strong sales record * Ability to work independently or with a team when needed * Knowledge of the Arkansas plumbing codes and regulations
