Position Overview

The Plumbing Foreman oversees all on site plumbing activities for multi family, commercial, and hospitality construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, building codes, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven field management experience, and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and schedules in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, supervise, and mentor plumbing crews on multi family, commercial, and hospitality job sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manpower needs, and workflow to meet project deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation.
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to maintain smooth project execution.

Installation & Quality Control

• Oversee installation of plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas piping, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
