Plumbing Foreman

Job Summary

Total Mechanical Solutions, LLC, is growing and looking for strong team members to continue a high quality of service to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing and Mechanical Foreman/Superintendent for several projects in the Charlottesville area.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide supervisory leadership and accountability for employees and Subcontractors

assigned to plumbing and/or HVAC crews on a specific project. Work in tandem with

the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Oversee the jobsite, processes,

coordinates manpower, processes all required paperwork, verifies coordinated

drawings, and building the project in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

· Plumbing and/or HVAC experience, commercial, multifamily, or residential.

· Some computer and software skills.

· Dependable, hardworking attitude.

· Ability to work with Contractors.

· Motivation to grow with the company and get better at your assigned role.

· Local to Charlottesville, VA (within 50 Miles)
