General Job Description: ### Position Summary

This entry-level position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in newly constructed residential buildings. Working under the direct supervision of licensed plumbers, Plumbing Helpers gain hands-on experience while assisting with various tasks on job sites. This role is ideal for individuals interested in learning the plumbing trade and growing within the construction industry.### Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of residential plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
• Support both rough-in and trim-out phases of plumbing work.
• Follow blueprints, project specifications, and local building codes.
• Help with system testing and inspection to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Retrieve, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and workspaces.
• Take direction from supervisors, communicate effectively with team members, and report any concerns promptly.
• Report hazardous or unsafe working conditions to supervisors immediately.
• Collaborate with other trades and construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Learn industry best practices through on-the-job training and mentorship.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
