What You'll Do

As a Plumbing / HVAC Estimator, you'll play an important role in winning projects that shape our communities. You'll work closely with our estimating and operations teams to develop accurate, competitive bids for commercial, industrial, and public construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Performing detailed quantity takeoffs using QuoteExpress and Microsoft Excel
• Soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Preparing complete, competitive bid proposals
• Participating in estimating strategy meetings
• Working with project managers and field leadership to ensure constructability and scheduling
• Supporting bid-day activities and final proposal submissions

• Has estimating experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical construction (preferred but not required)
