Plumbing/HVAC Licensed Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing/HVAC Licensed Technician's to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing and/or HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects.
• Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues, perform appliance repairs, and ensure property maintenance standards are met.
• Operate welding equipment as needed for system repairs or modifications.
• Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and safety documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing and/or HVAC technician license (P or S) with relevant state certification.
• Proven experience as a service technician in construction or property maintenance environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems.
• Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately.
• Skilled in equipment repair, welding, boiler maintenance, and appliance servicing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
