We're growing and looking for and experienced Project Manager/Lead HVAC & Plumber Journeyman to join our team!

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in HVAC & Plumbing
• Strong leadership and team managment skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and keep them on schedule
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with contractors
• Valid drivers license
• Professional attitude with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and/or residential HVAC and plumbing projects
• Lead and mentor field crews
• Coordinate schedules, materials. and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer service

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
