Summary

We are seeking a Lead Installer to join our dynamic team at Hope Plumbing. In this role, you will oversee installation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your leadership will be key in delivering exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

Lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion. Supervise and train junior installers on best practices and safety protocols. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize power tools and equipment effectively to install plumbing fixtures and systems. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during installations. Conduct quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing installation or a related field. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation techniques. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
