This role has a clear path to Install Manager as we continue to grow across the region.

This is not a purely field role. You will split your time between field leadership and office-based responsibilities including scheduling, permitting, administrative coordination, and communication with the leadership team

Position Summary

The Install Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the installation team to ensure high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, coaches and develops technicians, and ensures jobs are completed safely, on time, and to our company standards. In addition to field leadership, this role plays a key part in booking installs, pulling permits, scheduling inspections, conducting QA calls, and collecting payments. You will partner closely with the Install Coordinator and leadership team to drive productivity and support a seamless operation from start to finish.
