Who You Are

Plumbing Installers will be responsible for all aspects of the installation of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.

Essential Job Functions

* Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues * Always explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the work * Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer's needs and wants * Install and repair plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures * Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations * Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. * Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business * Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside * Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure o...
