Plumbing Maintenance Technician Duties

* Assist with maintaining and repairing a variety of residential plumbing systems and fixtures (water heaters, drains, toilets, sinks etc.) * Perform comprehensive plumbing system inspections for residential customer * Identify potential issues before they become major repairs * Complete routine maintenance on water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping * Document findings and communicate system health clearly to homeowners * Provide recommendations that improve safety, efficiency, and long‑term reliability * Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service vehicle * Follow all safety standards, codes, and Whipple operating procedures * Build trust with customers through professionalism, education, and service excellence
