As we are expanding our residential plumbing, were looking for a seasoned, hands-on Plumbing Manager or Field Supervisor whos ready to lead, build, and help grow this exciting trade at Great Dane

Position Overview

This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious Plumbing leader to lead their team, implement best practices, and shape the future of residential Plumbing services in our community. This is not a 100% office role. Our Leaders are in the field, and are excited about being able to help support our team and drive revenue.

Position Entails

Leadership and Management

Lead and manage a team of plumbing technicians and support staff. Develop and implement training programs to ensure technical proficiency and safety compliance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Operations

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Manage scheduling and dispatching of technicians for service calls and installations. Ensure all work is completed to company standards and customer satisfaction. Drive and improve Trade and Company Specific KPIs.

Customer Service

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of service issues. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
