JOB SUMMARY

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Roseville is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Operations Manager with a proven track record in both plumbing operations and in-home sales. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can build systems, lead teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

JOB DUTIES

* Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards * Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits * Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR) * Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved * Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards * Places regular phone calls to customers to discuss satisfaction * Reviews payroll reports ensuring hours and pay are correct * Inspects all field operations to ensure excellent service
