The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential New Construction (RNC) Plumbing Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

As the Plumbing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing all residential plumbing operations within the organization. * Managing plumbing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting. * Ensuring projects meet specifications, timelines, quality standards, and financial targets. * Supervising and coordinating daily activities of plumbing field teams. * Conducting quality inspections to maintain high workmanship standards. * Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable codes. * Maintaining strong relationships with customers, builders, contractors, vendors, and team members. * Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Providing estimates and assisting with job costing and budget management. * Troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges to minimize delays and disruptions. * Managing project documentation and preparing regular progress and performance reports. * Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing field personnel. * Supporting company goals through leadership, accountability, and team development. * Performing other duties as assigned.
