Position Summary

The Pipefitter / Plumbing Foreman is responsible for supervising field crews and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing and piping systems. This includes underground, above-ground, and building systems for heating, cooling, domestic water, waste, storm, and specialty piping. The Foreman partners closely with Project Management to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct pipefitting and plumbing crews on active job sites
• Layout, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for:
• Domestic water, sanitary, storm, and roof drainage systems
• Heating and cooling water systems
• Steam, gas, specialty, and process piping
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Perform and oversee:
• Underground and above-ground piping installations
• Fixture rough-ins and final installations (toilets, urinals, sinks, floor drains, carriers, water heaters, etc.)
• Installation of materials including PVC, cast iron, copper, steel, and specialty piping
• Plan work activities and crew assignments to meet schedule and budget expectations
