Your Purpose in this Role

We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.

As a Plumbing Project Manager, your purpose is to lead, direct, train, and develop your team. You will be required to manage plumbing projects in the 1,000,000+ project range. You will need to be experienced, goal driven, and a good communicator.

Pay

$95,000 to $120,000 annually

- Pay Rate Determined in Interview.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Project ManagementExecution

• Manage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, including commercial and industrial work
• Oversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and company standards

LeadershipTeam Oversight

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff
• Coordinate with Plumbing Foremen and Superintendents to ensure field productivity
• Conduct regular project meetings and performance reviews

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Review and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices
• Identify and manage change orders and cost impacts
• Ensure projects meet or exceed gross profit targets
