Plumbing Project Manager

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager in our Plumbing Division to oversee our plumbing projects in the Southeast region. This position will be based out of our Easley, SC office location.

The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience and a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects. This role requires excellent planning, scheduling, and management skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You’ll Do: Project Planning and Scheduling * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and timelines. * Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or unforeseen delays.

Field Management

* Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is progressing according to plan. * Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. * Address any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.

Team Leadership

* Lead and manage a team of field workers, providing clear instructions and guidance. * Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. * Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan for upcoming tasks.
