Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their plumbing, lighting, and renovation needs through active listening and expert guidance
• Assist customers in selecting the right products by providing detailed information on specifications, installation processes, and maintenance requirements
• Upsell complementary products such as fixtures, lighting solutions, or remodeling materials to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage inside sales activities including order processing via POS systems, cash handling, and account management
• Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience

• Proven experience in outside or inside sales within the construction, renovation, or retail industry preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, lighting design, layout planning, or remodeling projects desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing and upselling success
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
