Job Description
Joe Cole Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Sales/Project Manager to join our growing team. We are a large plumbing contractor specializing in high-end work. We build luxury homes and provide service to top national retailers all across South Florida.
The Project Manager is responsible for the logistical requirements each project presents. Some of these responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Quoting Plumbing Projects in the Field
Project Scheduling / Team Scheduling
Manages Change Order Requests
Communication with the Service Manager and Project Coordinator
This position also serves as an hybrid support role to the Service Manager, assisting in the field and office as needed for Project/teams fulfillment.
The Project Manager reports directly to the Service Manager, and works hand-in-hand with the Service Team on a daily basis.
Joe Cole Plumbing is a 19-year-old company entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for the newest addition to our team of 50 employees. This position is full time at our office in Davie, FL.
Job Requirements
- Friendly demeanor & ability to speak to customers
- Must be highly organized
- Three years + project management experience
-Eight years Plumbing experience
- Service software (esp. Service Titan) experience a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
