Pay: $20/hour (based on experience and performance) + overtime + performance-based increases

What You’ll Do

You will diagnose and resolve drain issues while delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities include

Diagnose and repair drain problems accurately and efficiently Perform service calls with professionalism and attention to detail Communicate clearly with customers in their homes Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Work with the team to complete jobs correctly Continue developing your skills through hands-on training

Compensation

$20/hour training wage, based on experience and performance Transition to commission-based pay after the training period, based on skill level and experience Consistent overtime opportunities Performance-based pay increases Clear path to increase earnings as skills and production improve
