Touchton Plumbing Contractors, Inc., a family-owned and operated company serving Jacksonville for over 30 years, is growing our commercial service division and looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Estimator / Project Manager to help lead that growth. In this role, you'll prepare accurate estimates and manage commercial service projects from start to finish — working closely with our field teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure every job is properly scoped, budgeted, and executed. What You'll Do

• Estimate commercial plumbing service projects — repairs, repipes, replacements, and retrofits
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop material and labor pricing
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Prepare proposals and bid submissions
• Manage projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources to keep projects on track
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication
• Use ServiceTitan to manage projects, track work, and maintain accurate estimating and job documentation
• Collaborate with technicians and field teams for smooth execution
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value-engineering efforts

What We're Looking For

• Background in estimating and/or project management, ideally in plumbing or construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience with material take-offs and estimating
• Experience with commercial plumbing projects
