As Plumbing Manager, you will oversee all plumbing operations for Flow Tech’s Indiana locations. You’ll be responsible for building and leading a skilled team of plumbers and plumbing technicians while ensuring consistent, five‑star service delivery. This role blends leadership, recruiting, operational oversight, and customer experience excellence.

### Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop plumbers and plumbing technicians to support department growth in the Indiana market
• Lead day‑to‑day plumbing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with dispatch and leadership to optimize scheduling and job flow
• Set clear daily expectations and motivate the team through consistent, positive leadership
• Establish performance standards, accountability measures, and ongoing coaching
• Ensure exceptional service across plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and water heater replacements
