Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Plumbing Service Manager to lead and support our field technicians while ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with leadership potential who wants to grow into management. Prior service manager experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support plumbing technicians
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day service operations for residential and commercial projects, including new installations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies
• Review estimates, schedules, and materials for upcoming jobs
• Perform quality checks and assist on complex service calls when needed
• Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and team members
• Monitor job performance and support professional growth of team members
• Help develop and improve service processes and procedures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing service work (residential and commercial)
• Strong technical knowledge in plumbing systems, and installation practices
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to run service calls
• Service manager experience is a plus, but candidates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
