As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our plumbing service, maintenance, and warehouse - and to help us build a high-performing team rooted in integrity and accountability.

Position Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for the overall success of Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions, including daily operations across our service, maintenance, and warehouse teams. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on technical involvement: the right person can roll up their sleeves to complete daily tasks and run calls in the field, while also training, coaching, and leading our technicians to do their best work.
