Plumbing Service Technician Job Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, sewer mains, water service lines, drain systems, and fresh water re-pipes. * Deliver excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. * Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes * Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training * Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards

Plumbing Service Technician Requirements

* 3-4 years of residential plumbing experience * Water heater replacement experience a plus * Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces or tight areas * Strong communication and customer service skills * Must pass background check and drug screen * Valid driver’s license with good driving record
