Overview

The Plumbing Service Technician II is responsible for installing and repairing all phases of plumbing systems; potable water, sanitary water and vent, natural gas and storm drainage systems in accordance with local and state plumbing and building codes. Responsibilities: * Services, repairs, and installs all plumbing systems and piping supports per code. * Repairs and installs lavatories, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures. * Installs drinking fountains, bottle fillers, shower assemblies, * Services and repairs storm drainage systems. * Services and repairs sanitary sewer systems and potable water systems. * Services, repairs, and installs ejector pumps. * Services, repairs, and installs gas piping. * Identifies obstructions to be avoided by inspecting structure. * Complies with federal, state, local building and plumbing codes by...
