What You’ll Do

* Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems * Deliver exceptional customer service and professional recommendations * Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options * Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams * Maintain accurate service documentation and invoices * Keep your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked * Participate in ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience REQUIRED * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Professional appearance and attitude * Strong time management and organizational skills * Coachable mindset with a desire to grow * Leadership potential is highly valued * Valid driver’s license * High School diploma, required
