Charles Towne Plumbing is hiring an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing residential service role for someone who knows how to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, offer solutions, and complete quality plumbing work the right way the first time. The ideal candidate has strong service experience, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys a work-life balance with no nights or weekends on-call.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. Handle service calls, including leaks, clogs, drains, water heaters, fixtures, sewer issues, and general plumbing repairs. Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest, professional recommendations. Present options and sell appropriate plumbing solutions. Use ServiceTitan or similar field service software for scheduling, billing, notes, and job updates. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service vehicle. Arrive on time, follow company standards, and deliver clean, respectful workmanship. Represent Charles Towne Plumbing with integrity, professionalism, and Southern hospitality.
