Job Summary

The Plumbing Service Technician services, diagnoses, and repairs residential and light commercial plumbing systems. You’ll work independently in the field while having strong office and management support behind you.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to code
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
• Keep your service vehicle clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company best practices
• Participate in training and skill development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Texas Tradesman or high Plumbing License
• Plumbing service, maintenance, or repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer or mobile app proficiency
