Responsibilities

* Diagnose plumbing issues in residential homes and clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers. * Perform service repairs, replacements, and installations in accordance with plumbing codes and company standards. * Troubleshoot and repair pipe, water flow, and drainage systems. * Provide accurate written estimates and explain pricing and scope of work. * Use company iPad software to document notes, create estimates, and process invoices. * Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at every job site. * Follow all safety policies and best practices while working in the field. * Sales experience or ability to present solution options is a plus. *

Salary

Hourly or Commission options available. Average $125-150,000 annual plus sales bonus opportunities.

Requirements: Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to handle physical workload
• 3-5 yrs plumbing experience
• Construction experience (Preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school education or equivalent (Preferred)
