Position Summary

Jenkins Plumbing is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Supervisor to oversee all phases of residential plumbing construction for our Atlanta, Georgia branch. This position is responsible for coordinating daily field operations, maintaining strong relationships with builders, ensuring projects remain on schedule, and providing leadership and support to plumbing crews. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to assist in the field when needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential plumbing construction from rough-in through final completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of plumbing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Communicate regularly with builders and contractors to obtain schedule updates and coordinate upcoming work.
• Maintain positive working relationships with builders, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor and builder billing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards and local plumbing codes.
• Assist with scheduling manpower, materials, and equipment to support project timelines.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical support to field employees.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Perform light hands-on plumbing work as needed to support the field team and keep projects on schedule.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, reports, and project records.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating plumbing personnel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Jenkins Plumbing in a professional manner.
