Plumbing & Heating Doctor is seeking a dependable and skilled Plumbing Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in diagnosing plumbing issues, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform effective repairs or replacements
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Respond to service calls, including emergency repairs when needed
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality
• Provide customers with recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred)
• Proven experience as a plumbing technician or plumber
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
• Relevant state or local plumbing license (if required)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
