Job Description

As an Experienced Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of plumbing tasks, including but not limited to installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance of plumbing systems. You will work directly with customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service while maintaining our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in both residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and repairs in a clear, professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency plumbing services as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and management to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumbing technician, with at least 2 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Valid plumbing license (or relevant certifications).
