Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial construction sites using hand tools and power tools.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use plumbing inspection cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues within water systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct maintenance and repair of existing plumbing systems, including pipe threading, pipe fitting, and system troubleshooting.
• Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications during all phases of installation and repair work.
• Operate heavy machinery such as pipe threading machines or welding equipment when required for complex installations.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and project managers to coordinate tasks effectively on-site.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on construction plumbing and site work.
• Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, and installation procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams accurately.
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras.
• Understanding of local building codes related to water systems and plumbing installations.
• Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, assembly, remodeling projects, and schematics reading.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations.
• Experience with construction site safety protocols; HVAC or handyman experience is a plus.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to operate company vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
