Punchout/Repair Plumber

*This position in not a service plumber position- Production home plumbing repair, labor intensive at times*

*Serving our entire division West VA/Loudoun/Fairfax/Fredericksburg/Culpeper*

*$21-$25*

*WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?*

• *Assist with housekeeping duties on job sites*
• *Pick up/deliver materials as needed*
• *Cut or jackhammer concrete floor to correct plumbing issue*
• *Concrete patchwork*
• *Core Drill concrete walls for plumbing penetrations ( we will train )*
• *Fire caulking, strapping, kickplate for county inspection*
• *Learn to install domestic and fire backflow prevention devices*
• *Assist with sewer and water installs*
• *Assist with underground fireline installs*
• *Assist with punch list items for jobsite supervisor and production manager*

*WHAT WE REQUIRE:*

• *Must be able to work full-time, Monday- Friday 7am-4:30pm*
• *2 years plumbing experience necessary (new residential construction - groundwork, rough in, final phases)*
• *Must be authorized to work in US*
• *High School Diploma preferred (on the job training will be provided)*
• *The ability to communicate effectively with foreman, co-workers, management, and customers*
• *Positive attitude and teamwork mindset*
• *Favorable DMV record*
• *Negative pre-employment drug screen*
• *Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus*
