Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing installations and repairs in accordance with local codes and industry standards.
• Review project details and coordinate with the sales or project team to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Complete installations on time while maintaining quality and minimizing material waste.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues professionally and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with homeowners.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of residential plumbing service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
