Job Summary

Yutzy Custom Structures is seeking a motivated, dependable and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. This position offers an opportunity to work with new construction projects and service work, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems while utilizing your technical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential construction projects
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise installations
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
• Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards during all phases of work
• Perform remodeling and assembly tasks related to plumbing fixtures and systems as needed

Skills

• Construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in commercial or residential settings
• Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras safely and effectively
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing work
• Experience with construction site safety protocols including heavy lifting and working at heights when necessary
