What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options clearly and professionally.
• Build trust through education, communication, and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and create customers for life.
• Work alongside service technicians to develop solution-based recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and customer communications using company software.
• Generate referrals through outstanding service and relationship building.
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and technical training.
• Uphold the values and reputation of Mr. Dan's Plumbing in every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals or performance objectives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently conduct in-home consultations.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as customer needs require.
