Residential Plumbing Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems for residential customers. You will serve as a direct representative of our company, delivering exceptional service and workmanship on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and fixture failures
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, water heaters (on demand, etc.), and garbage disposals
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work vehicle and job site
• Document all work performed and materials used
• Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing service or installation
• Valid Plumbing License (Journeyman or above preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
