Residential Plumbing Service Technician

As a Residential Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while providing an outstanding customer experience. This is a service-focused role requiring strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present repair and replacement options to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.
• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing components.
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics.
• Conduct plumbing inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Educate homeowners on recommended solutions without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and customer records using company software.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with water heaters, fixture replacement, drain cleaning, and residential plumbing repairs.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various residential environments

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
