What You'll Do

• Run residential service and repair calls: water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain issues, leaks, gas lines, and general plumbing diagnostics
• Deliver a premium customer experience — clean job sites, clear communication, and honest options presented on every call
• Build accurate estimates and present options using ServiceTitan on a company-provided iPad
• Maintain your truck, inventory, and paperwork to company standards

What We're Looking For

• Idaho Journeyman Plumber license (required) — or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills and comfort presenting options to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• A team-first attitude — we're building something, and culture matters here
