What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, drains, leaks, sewer systems, and water lines.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options while providing honest recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
• Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all plumbing codes.
• Utilize Service Titan to document work, create estimates, and communicate with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Represent the Integrity brand with professionalism and integrity at every customer's home.

What We're Looking For

• Active Oklahoma Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Residential plumbing service experience
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide solution-based recommendations
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
