• Build real relationships with customers (no high-pressure sales)
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear options
• Perform residential service work (water heaters, fixtures, gas, piping, etc.)
• Use our system to build estimates and document work
• Deliver clean, professional, code-compliant installs

### What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years residential service plumbing experience
• Strong communication—you’re comfortable in front of homeowners
• Confidence presenting options (service-focused, not pushy)
• Reliable, professional, and takes pride in your work
• Able to follow systems and processes (we’ll train you on ours)
