We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision and quality, and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install fresh water, gray water, and black water systems in truck campers and tiny homes
• Fit and connect PEX, PVC, and flexible plumbing lines to fixtures, tanks, and appliances
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure full functionality
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts for RV applications
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of builds
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing experience (RV, residential, or mobile unit experience preferred)
• Familiarity with 12V water pumps, tank systems, and RV plumbing fittings a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
