Position Overview

Easyflex TX is seeking a hands-on Sales & Account Manager to join our team in Lewisville, Texas.

This position will report to the Senior Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the continued growth of assigned accounts and territories.

This is a working-manager position that combines office-based sales activities with customer visits, job-site meetings, trade shows, and business travel. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts directly and may also assist in training and guiding junior sales team members as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and review quotations, pricing, and customer proposals.
• Follow up on leads, open quotations, customer requests, and sales opportunities.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
