### Position Overview

As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in driving revenue, coaching a high-performing team, and elevating the customer experience. You’ll partner closely with the General Manager to execute strategy, refine processes, and build a sales engine designed for long-term growth.

### What You’ll Do

• Drive Results: Partner with leadership to meet and exceed ambitious sales goals
• Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Improve Close Rates: Conduct sales debriefs and provide actionable feedback
• Own Performance Metrics: Analyze KPIs, reports, and pipeline health weekly
• Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure smooth follow-through on sales, financing, and invoicing
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with operations, marketing, and customer service
• Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent
