Flow Pros Plumbing is seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This is a service and sales-driven plumbing role where you will not only complete high-quality plumbing work, but also diagnose issues, present solutions, and help customers make informed decisions about repairs and upgrades.

We are a veteran-owned and operated company built on integrity, professionalism, and top-tier service. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craft, communicate confidently with customers, and are comfortable recommending solutions that fit the customer’s needs.

Whether you are an experienced plumber or have a strong construction background and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. Training is available for motivated individuals with strong communication and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to customers
• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Explain work needed in a professional and confident manner
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics when required
• Use hand and power tools to complete a variety of plumbing tasks
• Perform pipe installation, threading, assembly, and system repairs
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper system function
• Identify additional repair needs and communicate recommendations to customers
• Work alongside other trades on job sites (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Maintain a high standard of safety, workmanship, and customer experience
• Complete physically demanding tasks including lifting and equipment handling

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to confidently explain work and present solutions to customers
