What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your mission stays the same: help our customers, support our technicians, and keep the day moving forward.

In this role, you will coordinate and prioritize service calls throughout the day while matching the right technician to the right customer based on skill set, customer needs, and overall opportunity. You'll proactively communicate with customers to build confidence, set clear expectations, and provide updates throughout the day.

You'll continuously monitor technician progress and make real-time adjustments as schedules evolve, working closely with our Customer Service Representatives, Service Managers, and field technicians to keep operations running smoothly. You'll also identify opportunities to improve the schedule, reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and teammates.

Using ServiceTitan and other technology, you'll manage scheduling, communication, and daily operations while following Nexstar dispatch best practices and continuously looking for ways to improve.
