About the Role

As a CBRE Service Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout multiple large retail stores in the area.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, and supports one of CBRE's largest national retail clients. What You’ll Do:

Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water supply and distribution systems.

Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.

Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.

Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.

Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair.

Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.

Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.

Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements.

Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
