The Opportunity

This is not a typical plumbing job. We're open to building the schedule around the right person — whether that's full-time traditional hours, a later shift covering afternoons and evenings, a Tuesday through Saturday rotation, or something in between. If you're an experienced plumber who wants steady, well-paying work in one of the most beautiful places in California without the chaos of a large corporate shop — this is worth a conversation.

You will be working for an established premium brand with a loyal commercial and residential client base, flat-rate pricing, and a dispatch system that means you show up knowing exactly what the job is before you get there.

What You'll Do

Residential and light commercial service calls — diagnostics, repairs, water heaters, fixtures, drains, leaks. Napa Valley clientele. High-quality work, no cutting corners. Document your work in our mobile app — photos, notes, time. That's it.

What We're Looking For

A licensed journeyman plumber or experienced apprentice with at least 2 years of service work. Someone who takes pride in their work and knows how to talk to a client. Clean driving record. You don't need to be perfect — you need to be honest, reliable, and good at what you do.
